Oh boy ... Here we go again. The struggle
continues - you followed the diet to the letter, you have done your
exercises every day and you've done, even the dreaded cleaning several
times, but still stubbornly refuses their weight down. What a mess. This
really should not be - hard work and nothing to show for it. What is
the problem? Please help!
Well, let me see if I can help.

This hormone

allows the body to use more calories stored in relative terms.
Of
